Hiz...Last saturday, i got Bailey to run down to the Phoon Huat in Holland Village to buy me chocolates and a thermometer. We chose the cheapest one which has the widest range but not too detailed in its increments. It costs $9.90
Just used it when i was making ricotta cheese which i will post when its done!
